Airbus A330-300 accident report

Test Flight from Toulouse- Blagnac airport (TLS) with 7 crew and no passengers. First flight : 1993. Take-off from RW 33R. Auto-pilot did not engage shortly after take-off. The aircraft pitched up sharply to 32 degrees, speed falling back to 100 kts and control was lost. Airframe hrs : 360 engines : PW4164 All people on board died in the crash.

It is the only fatal flight accident with an A330-300
